PERSONALIZED FLOOR TILES

It was just a simple piece of chalk that fell on the floor . . .

That turned into a creative moment . . .

That inspired a class . . .

That resulted in a new art form . . .

Floor tile art . . .

Who woulda thunk?

READER BOARD

THANKS, BEAU. IT PAYS TO HAVE CONNECTIONS IN HIGH PLACES!

NATIONAL ANTHEM SUNG BY THE VOCAL ENSEMBLE AT A TRAILBLAZERS GAME

We were so excited, we could hardly wait to walk out on the Rose Garden Basketball Court.

While waiting in the room before our sound check, we "snuck out" of our room in 2's to peak at a couple of Trailblazer Rookies warming up.

After gettin
g situated in a bigger room and walking to Burgerville for dinner, we got busy preparing to sing.

Most of these pictures were taken while we were waiting and waiting and . . . it seemed like such a long time.

We had plenty of time to pose for pictures.

I really like this picture! It is positively a good picture of everyone!!
A smile is on EVERY face and we're pumped to sing.

This gives you an idea of where we sat to watch the game.

Yup - we were in the very tip-top row. At least we didn't have anyone in back of us yelling in our ears.

As you can see we were having a great time up in the highest row at the Rose Garden.

We had such a good time we may just audition again next year.

MUSIC ON THE MENU

The Tri-M Music Honor Society hosted another Music On The Menu.

Here are some pictures showing the fun we had - - -

President Sean welcomed the crowd of around
100 students

T. J. led off with a guitar solo - I don't know the name of the song but
you played it very well, T.J.

The Vocal Ensemble sang Omnia Sol

A combo trio played. The trio was comprised of Josh, Sam and Trino. All three sang and played 1-3 instruments at the same time!!

The Vocal Ensemble ended the lunch time entertainment with Into The West as the bell rang.

Thanks for taking pictures, Angel (Tri-M Historian) and Angela.

Next Music On The Menu:
Wednesday, February 25th. Sign up to perform in
the THS choir room or band room.

SHIORI VISIT

About 4 years ago Shiori was an exchange student at THS.

She played the piano for the junior high choir. . . do you remember?

Anyway - I found her on Facebook last month and she said she was coming to Tillamook for a visit.

She walked into the choir room yesterday and we had a nice visit.

It was so good to see her! You're welcome
anytime, Shiori!!

PUD TRUCK WASH . . . AGAIN

Our last PUD Truck Wash happened because we were asked to take
a vacated spot.

TODAY's Truck Wash was our scheduled day. The weather held pretty good. It rained just a bit on us, but we were under the shelter during the drizzle.

Although it was mighty C-C-C-old we persevered and the "Wash" is done for another year.

We're proud of our morning's work.

The PUD crew can once again tackle any job they undertake with clean, white equipment.

Good job, Karla, Sean, Angel, Josh and Haley!
