SENIOR'S LAST DAY

What an emotional day!!

We hugged, we said "goodbye", we laughed, we cried, we sang,

we cleaned up a bit and we turned in music.

Ooooooweeeeee....talk about a full day!!!

Here's some random pictures that help describe it.

You'll all be missed...very much.

Keep in touch. Love, Mrs. Henderson

CONCERT REVIEW

What a fantastic performance everyone! Your singing (mingled with smiles and tears) was a hit.

Seniors, I love my picture frame and necklace....I'm wearing my necklace as I write this. I hope you had as much fun this year as I did. Stay in touch and....keep singing!

GOODBYE TO SENIORS

I can't believe it's time for this.
With no further a-do...here are the faces of those seniors that made it happen...
Thank you seniors, for making this year wonderful!

RAIMA HEADS HOME

It was a treat this year to have Raima Kalandar-Kyzy in our choral program. She was an exchange student from Kyrgyzstan. Raima was a great asset to our Mixed Choir and Concert Choir. She won an essay contest earlier in the year and was in Washington D.C. during our All-Choir Concert and now had to leave for home before our Spring Concert, but she did get to compete at State Choir Competition with us, which she enjoyed.

Thank you for coming to Tillamook, Raima.

(And thank you for my camel gift) -- :-)

SENIOR "PRANK"? . . .

More like a Senior Upgrade!! Over Memorial Day Weekend, Laura, Marquise and Caitlin
(with help from Mrs. Karla Bofill) busied themselves by finishing the choir hall wall that had been started earlier this year. What a fantastic surprise!!
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess there was a "prank" part to it all, though...my office got a thorough plastering of post-it notes and an ample dose of balloons and crepe paper.

I really do feel loved.

Laura
, Caitlin, Melissa and Stephanie . . . you are very, very sneaky.

STATE CHOIR 2009 PICTURES NOW POSTED

The results are in and State Choir is over for another year. Over on the left are pictures of us sitting inside and thanks to Kaitlyn D. we've got some fun shots of us eating lunch (and those waiting for us to eat lunch) outside.

Enjoy the pictures. Just click on the picture of Marquise,Sean & Loren and you can view the entire album.

With our Spring Concert quickly approaching (Thursday, May 28th @ 7 PM) we have plenty of singing to keep us busy the rest of the year.

VOCAL ENSEMBLE SINGS AT KIWANIS

Last Wednesday, April 29th (even though the pictures just show us eating) we actually did sing at a Kiwanis potluck held at the 4-H Dorm.

Your 2 "with piano" songs went well (even though I assumed there would be a piano in the room and there wasn't one there).

Your 2 a cappella songs went well, too (even though you were plenty full of BBQ chicken and soda pop).
Dustin...you really must cut back!

This is the ("even though...") posting of the year.
