This year Honor Choir was in St. Helens.
It was
a bit of a drive, but we got there in time to register and find our seats on stage.After a morning of practicing we had time for lunch. . . in the sun!
With a little more practice and meeting our director,
Doree Jarboe, we checked into our Best Western and traveled Cornelius Pass t
o eat dinner at Red R
obins (yummmm).A little swimming . . . I spared everyone pictures of that :-) and we settled into our rooms for a good nights sleep.
Saturday we arrived at the auditorium and waited to be called up to the stage again.
We rehearsed more and then changed into our formal wear for the performance.

We even made it back in time for Marquise to sing the National Anthem at the Smoker. Now that was a weekend to remember!
