DISNEY WORLD 2010

The Vocal Ensemble just got back from a wonderful singing trip to Disney World. What a great time. Perfect weather, a great stage to sing on, theme parks galore and memories made for a lifetime.

Thank you to the parents for all the fund-raising and support. Janet, you did a super job planning and basically being our private tour "company".

Our Mickey trophy can be found in the Performing Arts display case at T.H.S.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

This is my 14th year as the Tillamook High School and Tillamook Junior High School Choir Director for the year 2015-2016. (My 28th year with Tillamook School District #9...I taught elementary general music for 14 years.) I taught 3 years elementary general music in Kelso, Washington before teaching in Tillamook.

At THS I direct Mixed Choir (a non-auditioned choir), Concert Choir (an auditioned competition choir) and Vocal Ensemble (an auditioned touring choir).

At TJHS I direct the Mixed Choir and teach Drama.

I love my job.

I enjoy building relationships with my students and I love the way they quickly learn new techniques and grow in their musicianship. My hope is that I nurture a passion for music in my students.
