So Long, Farewell Auf Weidersehen, Goodbye. . .

. . . I leave and heave a sigh and say Goodbye.

I'm retiring. My last day as a Tillamook School District #9 Employee is Monday, February 29, 2016.

I have TOTALLY enjoyed my time at Tillamook High School and Tillamook Junior High School.

My students have been the best!

I'll see you around town, for sure. Let me know if you need anything musical; like if you have a musical emergency... :-)

And remember . . . KEEP SINGING!

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

This is my 14th year as the Tillamook High School and Tillamook Junior High School Choir Director for the year 2015-2016. (My 28th year with Tillamook School District #9...I taught elementary general music for 14 years.) I taught 3 years elementary general music in Kelso, Washington before teaching in Tillamook.

At THS I direct Mixed Choir (a non-auditioned choir), Concert Choir (an auditioned competition choir) and Vocal Ensemble (an auditioned touring choir).

At TJHS I direct the Mixed Choir and teach Drama.

I love my job.

I enjoy building relationships with my students and I love the way they quickly learn new techniques and grow in their musicianship. My hope is that I nurture a passion for music in my students.
